What LZ said should be the on-site judgment of the eccentric rotary valve to open or close the valve. This is mainly based on two: 1. From a safety perspective, as for whether the valve is closed or open in a fault state, it must be set accordingly based on safety criteria. 2. From a process perspective, another factor in the accidental opening and closing status of the valve is the process factor. The medium in the pipeline has a great relationship, some can be vented, and some cannot leak.
