1. Replacement cycle: The typical replacement interval is 3,000 to 4,000 hours; however, in harsh environments, the service life shortens, and the replacement cycle should be reduced accordingly. 2. Conditions requiring replacement: When the oil consumption of the air compressor increases significantly, check whether the oil filter, pipelines, and return oil lines are blocked and clean them. If the oil consumption remains high, it is likely that the oil-gas separator has deteriorated and needs to be replaced promptly; The oil-gas separation filter element should be replaced when the pressure difference across its ends reaches 0.15 MPa ; When the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that there is a fault with the filter element or that the air flow has created a short circuit; in such cases, the filter element should also be replaced. 3. Replacement steps: (1) For external models: a. Shut down the air compressor, close the air compressor outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system. b. Remove the oil-gas separator and replace it with a new one. (2) Built-in model: a. Stop the air compressor, close the air compressor outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system. b. Disconnect the pipeline above the oil and gas tank, and also remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintenance valve to the cooler. c. Remove the return oil pipe. d. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas tank, and take off the tank cover. e. Remove the oil-gas separator and replace it with a new one. f. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. Note: When installing the return oil tube, it is necessary to ensure that it is inserted at the bottom of the filter element. When replacing the oil-gas separator, be careful to discharge static electricity by connecting the internal metal mesh to the outer shell of the oil tank. About 5 staples can be nailed to each of the top and bottom surfaces, driving them all the way through, in order to prevent static electricity from building up and causing an explosion. It is also necessary to prevent dirty substances from falling into the oil tank, as this could affect the operation of the compressor.
