Coping with the financial crisis. New measures for enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption. Our company’s measures mainly consist of two points: (1) Ensuring the continuous, safe, and stable operation of the equipment over long periods of time; (2) Optimizing process parameters. These are not specific actions, as the company encourages everyone to come up with ideas and solutions on a daily basis. My personal suggestions are as follows: (1) For the conversion gas process, with a temperature of 150°C and a pressure of 1.45 MPa, since the water-to-carbon ratio in this gas is high, there is a lot of water vapor present. This vapor can be utilized effectively as a heat source for the distillation tank, as water releases a large amount of heat when it changes from gaseous to liquid state. (2) With the introduction of the acetic acid process, there is an excess amount of hydrogen in the system, which is then sent to the fuel system for combustion (using natural gas). Due to the fast burning rate of hydrogen, backflow can occur easily. Although the calorific value of hydrogen is lower than that of natural gas, increasing the diameter of the nozzles allows some of the hydrogen to be burned.
