Are you all familiar with four-effect evaporators? Let’s exchange ideas on the key points related to them. Also, for a 35-ton evaporator, is it better to design it as a four-effect or a five-effect system?
Regardless of the number of effect evaporation systems, increasing the steam pressure, reducing air entrainment in the steam condensate from each effect, and lowering the pressure in the last effect will help save steam. Last edited by sister on 2009-3-8 08:17]
