Questions regarding registration for chemical engineering engineers

I currently work at a small design firm. I want to become a registered engineer, but I think I’ll move to another company in not too long. I’m not sure whether it’s easy to change jobs at that point
As long as I pass, that’s fine; ignore everything else for now
One’s own certification company should not have the right to withhold it, just like one’s own diploma.
