How many operators are needed for a set (two) of 6M furnaces?

May I ask how many operators are required for a set of (two) 6M furnaces? How should the shifts be arranged? How many people are needed for the regular day shifts, and how many for the shift shifts? Is it a four-shift, three-shift system? How many people are in each shift? Do anyone have a more detailed breakdown of the staff allocation? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide information on factors such as the type of furnace, its age, and production capacity. Thank you.

Our workshop is equipped with two JN60 furnaces for dry quenching of coke, producing 1.5 million tons of coke per year. The day shift covers the heat regulation and mechanical maintenance sections, with around 20 employees. The production teams operate on a four-shift, three-shift rotation system; each team, including those responsible for dust removal and the coke transportation system, consists of about 32 people. :)

Our configuration is roughly the same as that on the floor above
