Responsibility System for Desulfurization Process I. Tasks (1) Absorb H2S from semi-water gas using ammonia water, reducing the H2S content in the semi-water gas to below 0.07 g/m3 before sending it to the high-pressure compressor. At the same time, air is introduced into the desulfurization tank to regenerate the solution, restoring its ability to absorb H2S from semi-water gas for reuse. (2) Adjust accordingly based on the production load. (3) Convert sulfur foam into solid sulfur. II. Key operational points: Improving desulfurization efficiency. In semi-water gas, the amount of H2S present is controlled by adjusting the solution circulation rate as needed depending on the production load, thereby increasing the liquid-to-gas ratio. Desulfurization catalysts are also added as appropriate to keep the H2S content in semi-water gas within specified limits, with every effort being made to enhance the desulfurization efficiency. III. Routine inspections: (1) Check the operation of moving equipment every half hour, as well as for any leaks in stationary equipment. (2) Keep thorough and detailed job records. IV. Labor Discipline (1) Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process discipline and operating procedures. (2) Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters (1) Ammonia solution titration: 15-----25TT ; (2) H2S at desulfurization outlet: ≤0.07g/M3 ; (3) Desulfurization efficiency: >95% ; (4) Desulfurization tower inlet temperature: 20---35℃ ; (5) Rotary oil temperature: ≤70℃ ; (6) Voltage of electrostatic decoking tower: 35----45KV ; Current: 60---130A (7) Circulating water concentration: 20---50PPM ;
