Responsibility System for the Remaining Furnace Post I. Tasks (1) Recover the sensible and latent heat in the gas generation blowing air to produce steam for use in gas generation. (2) Meanwhile, the synthesized purge gas is introduced into the combustion furnace for combustion to maintain the temperature and recover the latent heat. II. Increase the steam generation capacity of the boiler, maintain the combustion temperature, stabilize the boiler’s liquid level, improve heat exchange efficiency, and produce higher-quality steam for use in gas production. III. Patrol inspections: (1) Check the transfer status of operating equipment and the leakage situation of stationary equipment every half hour. (2) Continuously monitor changes in temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points, and make adjustments as needed. (3) Keep thorough and detailed job records. IV. Labor Discipline (1) Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process discipline and operating procedures. (2) Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters: (1) Hot spot temperature in the burner: 800–1000°C; (2) Steam pressure: ≤1.2 Mpa; (3) Pressure of the vent gas: ≤20 Kpa; (4) Flue gas temperature: ≤220°C; (5) Combustible substances in the flue gas: ≤0.5%; (6) O2 content in the flue gas: <2%; (7) Chloride content in the boiler water: <250 mg/L
