Responsibility system for job rotation I. Task: Under certain conditions, and with the help of a catalyst, semi-water gas reacts with steam; as a result, the CO present in the semi-water gas is converted into carbon dioxide and hydrogen. II. Key operating points: Increasing the conversion rate. In production, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the process parameters, and adjust the temperature of the catalyst bed and the amount of steam used in a timely manner, so as to achieve the highest CO conversion rate with the least amount of steam. III. Patrol inspections: (1) Check the operation of moving equipment and the leakage of stationary equipment every half hour. (2) Continuously monitor the temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points, and make adjustments as needed. (3) Keep thorough and detailed job records. IV. Labor Discipline (1) Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process discipline and operating procedures. (2) Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters (1) Medium-pressure contact coal ignition temperature: 450±10℃ ; (2) Low-voltage input ; 220±5℃ ; (3) In the outlet transformed gas: CO: 0.8–1.2%; system pressure: ≤8.8 Mpa. (4) Total solids in hot water: ≤800 mg/L. (5) Liquid level in the saturation tower: 1–2 lights. (6) Liquid level in the hot water tower: 2–3 lights; outlet water temperature of the hot water tower: ≤90°C. The system’s drain valves are emptied once per hour.
