Responsibility System for Carbonization Process 1. Tasks: Absorb the gaseous ammonia supplied from the synthesis unit using mother liquor and dilute ammonia water to produce high-quality concentrated ammonia water, which is then used for carbonization. Carbonized concentrated ammonia solution absorbs CO2 from the shifted gas, eliminating the CO2 present in it and producing high-quality carbon ammonium as well as feed gas. II. Key operational points: Ensure that the exhaust gases meet the required standards; strive to improve the yield and quality of ammonium carbonate. Make careful adjustments during production to enhance the absorption efficiency, and strictly control the liquid levels and temperatures in each tower to ensure that the exhaust gases are of acceptable quality. Strengthen the coordination among positions related to carbon handling, carbon processing, absorption, and centrifugation, and make every effort to improve the yield and quality of ammonium carbonate. III. Patrol inspections: (1) Check the operation of moving equipment and the leakage of stationary equipment every half hour. (2) Continuously monitor the changes in temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points, and make adjustments as needed. (3) Keep thorough and detailed job records. IV. Labor Discipline (1) Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process discipline and operating procedures. (2) Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters: (1) NH3 content in exhaust gases: ≤0.1 g/m3; (2) CO2 content in exhaust gases: ≤0.2%; (3) Titer of concentrated ammonia solution: 190–210 TT; (4) Carbonization resistance: ≤2.8 kg/cm2; the size of the carbonized crystals is moderate, with a CO2 content in the concentrated ammonia solution of ≤75
