In special circumstances, one may decide on the course of action on their own and report the situation and reasons to the superior later. 5. Adjust the load as needed based on production and safety conditions; work in coordination with section supervisors and team leaders to ensure that machinery and equipment are started up and shut down properly, maintain balanced production to keep machines operating at full capacity, increase the output per unit of machinery, and reduce consumption of materials and energy. 6. Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations on work safety issued by ** and higher-level authorities; avoid giving instructions in violation of rules or in a reckless manner. 7. Strictly implement the routine inspection system; upon identifying any issues, promptly contact the supervisor of the relevant workshop and assist the operators in handling them to ensure safe production. 8. Strictly enforce process operation procedures and labor discipline, and supervise the implementation of these procedures as well as compliance with labor discipline. 9. Upon discovering an accident, actions should be taken immediately in accordance with the principle of safety first, so as to restore normal production as soon as possible. At the same time, unsafe overloading operations are strictly prohibited. 10. In the event of a safety accident in this class, it is necessary to actively organize analyses and investigations of the accident in accordance with the principle of \"four no-lets-go\", and jointly formulate preventive measures.
