Boiler Position Responsibility System 1. Tasks: To soften river water for use in all workshops throughout the factory. Combustion using gas generation slag and bituminous coal serves to convert soft water into steam for use in workshops such as gas generation, shift reaction, and coal ball production. II. Key operating points: Conserve coal usage and produce high-quality steam. Adjust the coal feeding rate in a timely manner according to changes in load during production. Adjust the exhaust fans and blowers to meet the production requirements. Keep the liquid level and steam pressure within normal ranges, pay constant attention to changes in water quality, save coal usage, improve boiler efficiency, and increase gas production. III. Patrol inspections: (1) Check the operation of moving equipment and any leaks in stationary equipment every half hour. (2) Continuously monitor changes in temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points, and make adjustments as needed. Keep thorough and detailed records of duties. IV. Labor Discipline (1) Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process parameter regulations and operating procedures. (2) Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters ⑴ Hardness of feed water: ≤0.04 mmol/L ⑵ Dissolved oxygen: ≤0.05 mmol/L ⑶ Total alkalinity of boiler feed water: ≤14 mmol/L ⑷ Flue gas temperature: 150–180°C ⑸ Boiler water level: 1/2–2/3 ⑹ Steam pressure: 1.1–1.3 MPa
