Every effort has been made to produce more gas using as little coal and steam as possible. III. Routine inspections: (1) Check the operation of rotating equipment and any leaks in stationary equipment every half hour. ⑵Monitor the temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points at all times, and make adjustments as needed. ⑶Keep thorough and detailed records of job duties. IV. Labor Discipline ⑴ Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process parameter regulations and operating procedures. ⑵Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters: ⑴ Hydrogen-nitrogen ratio in the synthesis cycle gas: 2.2–2.8 ⑵ Gas composition in the coal gas: CO: ≥27%; O2: <0.5% ⑶ Upstream temperature: 350–400°C ⑷ Downstream temperature: 250–350°C ⑸ Gap between carbon layers: 1.6–1.7 m ⑹ Pressure in the steam buffer tank: 0.06±0.01 MPa ⑺ Pressure of the oil pump: 5.5–4.5 MPa ⑻ Liquid level in the jacket: 1/2–3/3.
