Synthesis Post Responsibility System I. Tasks: Feed qualified refined gas into the synthesis tower, where H2 and N2 combine to produce ammonia under high temperature and pressure in the presence of a catalyst; the unreacted gases are sent back into the synthesis tower via a recycler. II. Key operational points: Increasing ammonia production. Adjust the circulation rate appropriately according to production needs, maintain regular communication with the high-pressure and gas generation units to ensure that the hydrogen-to-ammonia ratio is within acceptable limits, strictly control the temperature of the catalyst bed as well as other process parameters, and make every effort to increase ammonia production. III. Routine inspections: (1) Check the operation of moving equipment every half hour, as well as for any leaks in stationary equipment. ⑵Monitor the temperature, pressure, and liquid level at various points at all times, and make adjustments as needed. ⑶Keep thorough and detailed records of job duties. IV. Labor Discipline ⑴ Strictly abide by labor discipline, and strictly implement process discipline and operating procedures. ⑵Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure safe and civilized production. V. Process parameters ⑴ Hydrogen-to-ammonia ratio: 2.2–2.8 ⑵ Incoming ammonia concentration: <3% (ammonia is strictly prohibited) ⑶ Temperature: Catalyst hotspot temperature: 465±5°C; Ammonia cooling temperature: <–9°C ⑷ Pressure: ≤30 MPa; Steam pressure: ≤1.25%; Liquid ammonia storage tank pressure: <1.6 MPa ⑸ Waste boiler liquid level: file:///E:/DOCUME~1/zzjjaa/LOCALS~1/Temp/ksohtml/wps_clip_image1.wmf--file:///E:/DOCUME~1/zzjjaa/LOCALS~1/Temp/ksohtml/wps_clip_image2.wmf ⑹ Chloride content in boiler water: ≤250 mg/L ⑺ CH4 content in the circulating gas: 19–21%
