Responsibility System for the Refrigeration Unit 1. Tasks: Recover ammonia from the copper washing and synthesis processes, then, after pressure increase, purification, and condensation, produce qualified liquid ammonia to be sent to the storage tank. At the same time, under the proper arrangement and supervision of production scheduling, monitoring is carried out during the filling of liquid ammonia tankers that meet the conditions for safe filling. II. Routine inspections: 1. Check the various pressures and temperatures of the ice machine every half hour. 2. Check the oil level and operation status of the ice machine once per hour. 3. Drain the defoamer at the chiller inlet every two hours. 4. Check the operation of the liquid ammonia storage tank and condenser once per hour, and monitor the operating pressure of the storage tank on a continuous basis. III. Safety Operation Discipline: 1. Strictly abide by all labor discipline and safety regulations; leaving one’s post, switching posts, or sleeping at work are prohibited. 2. Implement a strict qualification review and assessment system; tank trucks that do not meet the required qualifications or safety standards shall not be used for filling. IV. Process parameters: Inlet pressure of the chiller: 0–0.1 MPa; outlet pressure: ≤1.57 MPa; tank pressure: ≤1.57 MPa; oil injection pressure: ≥ outlet pressure + 0.25 MPa
