Looking for a plan to test for leaks in heat exchangers?
1. Check which process parameters are out of range, and analyze the heat exchange fluid! 2. For shell-and-tube heat exchangers, open the end caps, pressurize the shell, and use the soap bubble test to identify where the tubes are leaking! !
For the heat exchange during transformation, we generally analyze the CO content at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger； Consistent data indicates that the heat exchanger is functioning properly; a higher CO level at the outlet compared to the inlet suggests a leak in the heat exchanger.
If it is a heat exchanger, the pressure difference that the tube bundle can withstand must be taken into account…………
