Does the slag from the shell furnace flow directly into water for quenching after passing through the throat? After quenching, it is crushed by a slag breaker and finally discharged into the slag tank. Is this order correct? How far is the level of the quench water from the neck opening? Thank you!
I can’t really remember clearly; it seems the standard furnace size is around 2800mm
The process is basically as such, but it’s hard to determine the exact location of the slag discharge port in the quench water, because generally the liquid level in V1401 is kept at around 50%, although this level can also fluctuate.
