Where do everyone use livestock to synthesize catalysts? How is it working? Our company’s 9W device is the C307 model from Nanhua Institute; it needs to be replaced every three years roughly, and its performance is fairly good. This post was last edited by Junziren on 2009-3-8 at 11:48.]
The D803 synthetic catalyst developed by the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has also been put into pilot production

Ours is at the Southwest Chemical Engineering Institute, room C306. There are two phases in total, and both are theirs; it’s fine, quite good. You can use it too
Low-pressure methanol: C306, produced by Nanhua Research Institute; the quality is acceptable, but the price is a bit high; Lian Alcohols: C207, Liujiaxia in Gansu, has been in use for many years.
Sichuan Tianyi’s XNC-98Cu-based catalyst
Domestically, there are cases with a space-time yield of 0.7–1.0 (data from industrial applications)
Natural gas conversion, Lurgi low-pressure process; XNC-98 from Sichuan Tianyi and Topsoe MK121 have been used. MK121 exhibits good selectivity for CO and fewer side reactions, requiring replacement every three years.
We are using C307 from Nanhua Institute; it has been in use for two years now, with no issues regarding temperature, and its activity is also good
For natural gas conversion, XNC-98, NC309, and MK121 are all used; however, MK121 loses its activity very rapidly – it works great at first use, but I definitely won’t use it again. XNC-98, NC309 – we can use them for four to five years.
