Dear friends from Sichuan, I wonder if you’ve encountered this situation: I can’t open my short message inbox, but there are notifications of new messages; I just can’t access them to read them. Other SMS-related operations cannot be performed either. I backed up my computer yesterday; it was working fine before. I don’t know why this happened, so I kindly ask the moderators and experts for help in finding a solution. Thank you so much.
Check if there are any other assistant programs or similar that block pop-up windows, and see how allowing them works.
Haha, I thought it was just an isolated case; there have been people who have encountered this phenomenon as well. Now I check messages on my profile; I suggest the OP do the same
Based on observations over this period, there are mainly two reasons why short messages cannot be opened: 1) Network issues – this can happen when the internet speed is low; 2) Server problems – this also occurs when the servers are not running efficiently. When this happens, there’s no need to worry; you can try opening the message again later, or go directly to your personal space and use private messages to view it.
