Chemical plants require a high-pressure, continuous supply of oxygen. To ensure a safe and reliable continuous supply, each plant has its own backup system. Could you share how the backup systems in your plants are set up?
Generally, a hyperbaric oxygen pump is used in conjunction with a water-bath type vaporizer! However, its stability depends on both technical factors and design considerations. The time difference resulting from the sequential processes of liquid transfer and vaporization is crucial; the goal is to avoid any pressure fluctuations throughout the entire pipeline network. Appropriate spherical tanks or buffer tanks are designed based on the volume of gas required. Special pressure or gas volumes necessitate special processing requirements!

Our factory delivers oxygen directly to customers.
Our factory uses hyperbaric oxygen pumps in combination with water-bath vaporizers. The hyperbaric oxygen pump is in cold standby mode, starting up or running idly depending on the pressure in the oxygen main pipe. In addition, interlocks are set for the water bath vaporizer temperature and the gas-phase outlet temperature of the water bath vaporizer to shut down the oxygen pump.
