If the company’s management says it’s fine, then is it considered approved, with any remaining problems to be dealt with by the workshop?

It mainly depends on the system in your organization: logically, it is the user who decides on the final acceptance. The engineering department and the production workshop operate as separate units, with the decision on whether to accept something being balanced by their common superior.

For any remaining issues, you can have your workshop supervisor get in touch with your company’s engineering department to coordinate with the construction party to resolve them. It depends on the type of contract. If it’s a fixed-price contract, it matters whether the design drawings include this item and whether the contractor builds in accordance with those drawings. If it relates to something not covered by the drawings, and there are no valid written documents such as change orders or project correspondence, then the contractor can refuse your request ; If it is a construction drawing budget plus visas, please contact the engineering department to coordinate with the construction contractor for the work; however, the contractor will definitely issue visa forms for you, and the project cost will increase. It depends on what your company’s management decides, :P. This is the case in most situations. Generally, once the supervisor signs off, it is considered that the acceptance process is complete. However, for many projects, after the acceptance is completed, a list of tasks that still need to be finished by the contractor is outlined, and this is documented in a memorandum or similar document signed by both parties, specifying the obligations that the contractor still has to fulfill even after the payment related to acceptance has been made.
