With a feed of 13.0 and desalinated water from the pre-condensation reflux tank at 1800, the parameters of the pressurized tower and the atmospheric pressure tower are normal. The product from the pressurized tower is of acceptable quality; however, the acidity level in the atmospheric pressure tower is high, though its pH value is still within the acceptable range. How can the acidity level in the atmospheric pressure tower be reduced?
Just raise the pH value of the prognostic solution to 9–11

Something like this has also happened to us; usually it’s because too little alkali was added. But if a large amount of alkali has already been added and the acidity still doesn’t decrease, then you should reduce the amount of alkali supplied. In that way, the acidity will also drop. It’s not the case that adding more alkali will always lower the acidity.
The high acidity of the product has nothing to do with the addition of alkali. You should check whether there is no venting from the atmospheric pressure tower; also, if the venting for post-treatment and that of the atmospheric pressure tower are combined, make adjustments to vent them separately. If the car fails the test after being run for a long time, stop the car, lower the temperature, and then try driving it again.
I completely agree with the view from floor 7! We have encountered similar situations before.
Also: Check and make sure the vent valve of the atmospheric pressure reflux tank is closed!
