To prevent sulfuric acid from absorbing moisture from the air, should a breather valve be installed on the sulfuric acid storage tank? If it needs to be added, what kind should it be?
No need, are you sure that’s a sulfuric acid tank? It’s not a shallow dish, and it won’t be left there for three or two years anyway. So it just means there’s an exhaust port on the tank (with a bend), and it doesn’t have much of an impact.

I agree with the comment above: breathing valves are generally not used in sulfuric acid storage tanks, while they are usually installed in hydrochloric acid storage tanks to effectively prevent backflow.
