No vacations, no overtime pay. The company’s management arbitrarily withholds employees’ salaries. What would you do if such a serious violation of labor laws happened to you?
If you don’t have the means to change jobs, you have no choice but to endure it. If you can change jobs, go to the labor bureau to file a complaint.
First, consider whether all the hard work is worth it. Is there any opportunity to improve one’s skills? If it’s not worth it, you can directly express your concerns to the boss. If the boss doesn’t take any action, then it’s best to change jobs as soon as possible—find a new job first and then switch. If you can’t change jobs, seek opportunities to learn new skills on your own in order to prepare for a future job change.
It’s the same everywhere, hehe~~~~ Just be ready to change jobs at any time~~~~ There’s nothing much to say
For the sake of those who will come after, I suggest that you stand up and fight against the company; start with arbitration, and if that doesn’t work, go to court. But for the sake of your personal future and interests, it’s advisable to hold back for now.
If you’re a key figure in your company, just go straight to your boss and you should be able to leave right away. If you’re not a key figure there, you either have to tolerate the situation or quit
There are too many Chinese people; with a monthly salary of 800, if you don’t do it, many others will do it. Three-shift work, no holidays, no permission to leave after work; on top of that, the salary is delayed for another three months. There are many companies like this – you’ve just not encountered them yet.
It’s normal; it depends on whether it’s a state-owned enterprise or a private company. Either jump or endure.
In a society governed by the rule of law, people should use legal means to protect themselves!
Everyone is right – either endure it, jump away, or shout! It depends on your own decision!
It’s better not to work for such an organization; without rules, there can be no order
This phenomenon is likely to be widespread among companies in China. There are three main reasons for this, in my opinion: 1) China has a large population, resulting in high employment pressure; 2) Chinese workers lack awareness of their rights; 3) China does not provide adequate protection for workers’ legitimate rights and interests. For example, if I think my rights have been violated and I file a complaint with the relevant authorities in order to get protection, I might end up being fired by my employer. 4) Employers are too self-interested, placing too much emphasis on money and paying little attention to workers’ rights, treating us as insignificant people.

The employment situation is not optimistic; just endure if you can! Man is doomed by the sword; I am but fish and meat. Endure!
Then what are you waiting for to report it? I thought we were still in the old society: lol
Not just in the old society – was it actually a slave society? What was said upstairs makes a lot of sense. There are no good places to switch jobs these days either. If you’re not capable enough, then just endure it
An old acquaintance from life, QJ: if you can’t resist, learn to enjoy it :)
Are there weekends? Are there annual holidays? If so, then our situations are quite similar. Don’t be gloomy; once you’ve learned something, if you really can’t stay, you can change jobs. If you want to do that now, having experience is an advantage, but you need to consider the current situation as well
