I have seen some old furnaces, and many of them use 9--2 series sequence for coke push (the four carts are not automatically aligned), but now many new furnaces use the four-car positioning system, but use 5--2 sequence for coke push. I would like to ask, is it because the large furnaces are not suitable for 9--2 sequence for coke push, or is it for some other reason? Why does the 9--2 sequence have some advantages but is no longer used in automation? ? ?
The reason why the 9-2 string is not used in automatic alignment is: The distance between two adjacent rolling numbers is too far, and the car body is too large, making it impractical. The distance between the two adjacent furnaces in the 5-2 string is only 5 furnaces, which is about 5 meters. Two different systems on the same car can be operated at the same time and the size of the car is not too large.
Our factory uses four major car positioning systems, but we still use 9-2 series sequence to push the focus, and it works pretty well.
9-2 can be automated, and the effect is really good. It is not much different from 5-2. I think the main reason for using 5-2 is that it can be used to push coke while leveling coal of another furnace number to save operating time.
The positioning system of the four carts has no direct relationship with the '9-2' and '5-2' sequences. The units that use the '5-2' sequence mainly consider that the coke pushing and coal leveling operations can be carried out at the same time, thus reducing the coke pushing car operation time.
A unique product of the design institute. In fact, there is not much difference. The 9-2 string sequence is beneficial to the longevity of the furnace body.
