The question is as stated in the title. I’m not very clear about the above two concepts, or rather, I’m not familiar with the specific implementation process. Thank you all for your guidance!

The steel structure is quite distinct: the bracket supports, as well as joints such as those under single or double shear, are hinged and do not bear bending moments; Isotropic strong connection – welding; it can be applied to decks and end plates – it can withstand both bending moments and shear forces, and represents a rigid connection. Concrete structures do not specify this explicitly; it is only taken into account in calculations. Those with a relatively large difference in stiffness are considered hinged, and prefabricated bracket supports are also regarded as hinged.
A joint that allows rotation cannot withstand bending moments; it is a pinned joint. A joint that does not allow rotation can withstand bending moments as well as other tensile and compressive forces; it is a rigid joint.
