There are advantages and disadvantages to belt-type and flap valve-type main dust collection pipes for ground station dust removal; experienced colleagues on site, please discuss this!
Both belt-type and flap valve-type systems have their advantages and disadvantages! Both belt-type and flap valve-type systems have their advantages and disadvantages! The belt enables continuous dust collection, whereas the flap valve type does so intermittently! Belts offer good sealing performance, whereas valve-type replicas are prone to deformation due to manufacturing issues, resulting in air leakage – which forces the use of more powerful fans and increases operating costs! Our factory originally used the flap type, but it had the following problems: 1. The flaps tended to get stuck; 2. They were prone to being scratched by sleeves or struts as a result of improper operation of the coke car. Therefore, our factory now uses the belt type, and Kunsteel was likely one of the first to adopt this approach. We could ask them for their experience
