Producing liquid ammonia via the phosphoric acid method involves excessive investment and costs. Are there any other methods? I am developing a liquid ammonia production technology that does not use the phosphoric acid method, and it is currently in the pilot stage.
Excuse me, could you tell me what the level of carbon dioxide in the ammonia solution produced by your facility’s absorption tower is? Will it run properly? How much is the cost per ton of liquid ammonia?
In my opinion, the high ammonia content behind the tower is caused by the high ammonia level in the lean liquid. In other words, the ammonia removal from the rich liquid is incomplete.
The acidity of the lean liquid is low. What are the spray volumes for the other three sections?
