The linearization of the measurement of the pulverized coal mass flow rate and its calibration. It is necessary to collect data such as density, velocity, differential pressure, and mass under different operating conditions. 3. If there are multiple coal conveyors, it is also necessary to adjust the parameters ensuring consistency in the measurement characteristics among different conveyors. 4. At present, East China University of Science and Technology has developed an online calibration system that addresses the shortcomings in the previous Shell coal line cycle calibration process; the investment required is less than one million yuan (it can be achieved with just a few hundred thousand yuan if costs are reduced), so it’s worth giving it a try

I would like to ask why there must be a minimum opening for the nitrogen acceleration – why must the flow rate at this point be ensured first, before allowing 13PV-0103 to operate in automatic mode so that the pressure can be adjusted. The coal cycle is quite important, as it has a direct impact on the entire system. I’m wondering if anyone has detailed information on the coal cycle; the setting of the oxygen valves also needs to be adjusted. How can the opening degree of the oxygen valves be determined based on the coal flow?
