There is currently a thermal deaerator in use; the hardness of the water entering it is within acceptable limits. However, after passing through the deaerator, the hardness of the water increases by more than 3 times. Are there any other reasons for the concentration besides the exhaust steam from the deaerator? Please give me some advice! Ths!
It’s impossible for there to be such a large difference. Could it be a problem with the analysis and testing? Is it a unit that has just been put into operation? If so, it’s possible that the infrastructure wasn’t cleaned properly. Are there any cases where the drains leading to the deaerator have become contaminated?
By checking the water hardness at each inlet, the source of pollution can be identified.
If the water hardness, as described by the poster, is within the acceptable range, it might be caused by dirty pipes
The water quality of other waters flowing to the deaerator should be carefully checked; if the same water quality analyzer is used, analytical errors can be ruled out
1. Is there another source of water available for the deaerator? 2. Is the interior of the deaerator corroded? 3. Are the connecting pipes corroded?
Could there be a problem with the filler in the deoxygenation head?
It’s the process of elimination. . Either there’s a problem with the water or there’s a problem with the equipment. If nothing is wrong, then it’s impossible unless God is playing tricks on you.
