In low-temperature environments, are there any special protections for valves? For example, what if the valves freeze due to low temperatures and thus cannot function? Are there any preventive measures? . .
““Hypothyroidism”? It must be low-temperature methanol washing! The original poster is really good at cutting things down! The problems mentioned by the original poster generally do not occur; low-temperature valves are used for pipes of that type!
Could ice form outside the valve and affect its operation? ?
In the cold section of low-temperature methanol washing, almost always methanol or a mixture of methanol and water is used; the freezing point of methanol or such mixtures is very low, so freezing does not occur!
I mean, with high humidity in the outside air, could ice form? . . .
It will freeze, and freezing causes the valves to malfunction; in winter, instrumentation personnel are contacted to perform steam purging
