The comprehensive qualification is classified only into Grade A. The assessment criteria emphasize the guiding principle of encouraging large design firms to develop in the areas of project general contracting and project management, with assessment conditions established based on a firm’s reputation and technical capabilities. Enterprises with comprehensive Class A qualifications can undertake design tasks in 21 industries, with no limits on scale. Simply put ； It can handle any kind of design work.
In February 2009, Hualu and Wuhuan Engineering Company also obtained this qualification.
Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. also possesses comprehensive qualifications – how did the original poster miss that?
