Today, a client mentioned heat transfer oil boilers to me. I would like to ask in which industries such boilers are specifically used? It would be best to be specific to particular types of companies.
Except it can’t generate electricity. In industries such as chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals, it is even more useful than steam boilers in some cases.
Some small-scale chemical plants definitely need to use them. For example, factories that use molecular distillation. Factories that produce custom oils.
In addition to what the aforementioned individuals have mentioned, organic heat carrier furnaces can also be used for drying wood used in furniture manufacturing, heating asphalt in road construction projects, and in the paper industry, among other applications.
For heat transfer oil boilers, their main feature is low pressure and high temperature; under the same pressure conditions, the temperature can be 100-200 degrees higher than that of steam boilers. They are primarily used in industries that require low pressure and high temperature, such as printing and dyeing, as well as the paint industry.
