What determines the selection of the hydrocracking unit process for a new refinery? ? Why do some use one paragraph and others two? ?
Currently, one section is generally used; you might consider two reactors as two sections, but in reality, if there is no separation system between the two reactors, it is still considered one section. Regardless of the number of reactors, the choice of how many to use is determined by limitations in reactor manufacturing technology, as well as the processing capacity and space velocity of the installation
Fuel-type, full-cycle, chemical-type, single-pass; mostly single-stage design; medium/medium-high pressure; hydrogen mixing before/after the furnace; thermal cracking process; circulating hydrogen desulfurization system
A series of partial loop processes; a series of complete loop processes
It is usually passed in one go, with hydrogen mixing before the furnace, as well as cold and hot fractionation processes. The choice depends on the sulfur content of the raw material; options include using a recycle hydrogen desulfurization tower, a hydrogen sulfide stripping tower, and a atmospheric pressure tower for diesel extraction, along with a tail oil heat exchange process.
