Key equipment and maintenance tasks in catalytic cracking units: For static equipment, in the regenerator, inspections are mainly carried out on the container lining, main air distributor, first and second cyclones, flap valves, and pipeline expansion joints, etc. In the settler, inspections focus on the separator (or coarse cyclone), weight valves, cyclones, etc. For the riser, inspections involve the feed nozzle, annular stripping baffle, etc. In the third cyclone, inspections are conducted on each individual tube as well as the expansion joints. Movable equipment: three-unit systems, air compressors, boosters, slurry pumps, special valves (plug valves, double-acting slide valves, oil-gas butterfly valves), etc. The maintenance of such equipment must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant standards; in principle, all wear-prone components should be replaced. Especially during the annual maintenance cycles, it is crucial to avoid taking chances – maintenance must be performed whenever necessary! In short, the opportunity is rare; failing to take action will have serious consequences!
The double-acting spool valve features an advanced structure, high control precision, fast response speed, high sensitivity, and large output thrust. It is composed of a valve body, valve cover, throttle cone, valve seat ring, valve plate, etc. Main fans include reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, and axial flow types.
