As is well known, the standards applicable to pressure vessels must be the latest versions available at any given time; however, there is always a time lag between the updating of these standards and their actual implementation； Some intervals are also quite long ； Some units receive notifications of new standards or standard changes later ； Is there a way to ensure that the updated standards are promptly transmitted to the design firms? There must be a way: the standards committee should update and publish information in real time through its website, but it just can’t be found on that site. What are your thoughts? How can one establish a good connection with the standards committee?
Information dissemination must be timely; what’s crucial is whether each organization has a dedicated department responsible for receiving, managing, and distributing this information to the relevant personnel within the organization – this is quite important. Additionally, organizations that have such a department are generally large state-owned enterprises.

Professional design institutes have dedicated staff responsible for standardization tasks; they keep an eye on things and promptly replace outdated standards with new ones. Including obsolete standards in design drawings is a serious design error, and it seems like something that doesn’t require outsiders to worry about.
It shouldn’t be only on their website (the URL of the Tender Evaluation Committee is also problematic! ! ! ) Issue notices, and information should also be published through newspapers and magazines.
In this information age, with dedicated personnel in charge and leadership oversight, this should not be a problem

Those responsible for standardized management are tasked with collecting the latest information on relevant standards and informing the relevant departments within their organization to take action accordingly. For individuals, it’s beneficial to have an understanding of the relevant standards, though time can be a constraint. In fact, there are many advantages to taking on the role of standardization reviewer: I need to be aware of any changes to the standards, and I also have to get familiar with the new standards as soon as they’re available. Before each new specification or standard is issued, there is a draft for feedback, and I often browse the relevant websites. For example, it would be best to have a transition period before GB713-2008 comes into force as a mandatory standard.
