For a section of furnace spring, there is tuning of the empty tube before catalyst loading, and there is also tuning after the catalyst has been loaded. What are the differences between these two tuning methods, and which one is better?
Personally, I think debugging after the catalyst is installed is a better approach than debugging the empty pipeline before installing the catalyst. A section of furnace spring hanger is primarily used to handle the thermal stresses on the furnace tubes. If the tubes are tested without any catalyst installed, then the weight of the catalyst will also cause deformation in that section of the furnace spring hanger. Will this affect the effectiveness of the spring hanger in dealing with the thermal stresses of the furnace tubes? ; Also, you should keep track of the deformation length of the spring hangers in the future, so as to compare later and determine whether the thermal stress on the furnace tubes is within normal limits. If you conduct tests on the empty tubes before installing the catalyst, then part of the data recorded (the weight of the catalyst) will be unnecessary.
But it seems that most of them are for air control adjustment; during this adjustment, objects are dropped at the bottom of the furnace tube to ensure the weight of the catalyst. Could this be used to eliminate the errors caused by differences in the weight of the furnace tubes? ? ? ?
