I would like to find out through the forum what is monitored on the video screens in other ammonia synthesis plants, as well as their installation locations and the models of the equipment. There are two scenarios for the television monitoring in our ammonia synthesis plant. One is for detecting the flame in the furnace, and this task is carried out by two cameras: one is an auxiliary boiler furnace flame detector, which is used primarily to monitor the flame in the auxiliary boiler, thereby preventing the flame from going out, fuel gas from accumulating, and accidents from occurring. If no flame is detected, it will automatically trigger an interlock shutdown. One is the furnace flame detector for the pre-conversion heating furnace. This is mainly because the heating furnace did not operate stably, and the incident of a flash explosion occurred due to the failure to detect in time that the burner had gone out; this was added during the subsequent corrective actions. Another approach is the monitoring of key positions, critical equipment, and important areas in the on-site installation area. It is generally carried out by on-site monitoring probes. It is mainly completed with eight high-definition cameras. The approximate locations are: a section of gas collection pipes above the furnace, a furnace transition section, a natural gas distribution station, hydrogen recovery systems, boiler feed water pumps, synthesis pipelines, and the area above the control room.
