I would like to ask the experts: how can we ensure proper implementation of standards in actual work? If they are implemented 100% absolutely, the construction process will become more difficult; on the other hand, incomplete implementation is certainly not acceptable. How should we find the right balance?

Currently, most construction standards are developed by the construction companies themselves. However, many of these provisions are difficult to implement, as each project is unique. In general, mandatory provisions should be enforced to 100% where possible, while for the rest, it is necessary to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties involved: designers, constructors, supervisors, and the owner.
