The metering pump does not deliver flow

One of the metering pumps in our factory has recently stopped delivering any flow – no liquid comes out at all. We checked the check valves and found that both of them were blocked by the medium. After cleaning them, we tried running the pump again, but still no flow was produced. Please help us analyze this issue
1. Is the inlet pipeline blocked or leaking? 2. Can the pump operate properly? 3. If there is a diaphragm, is it damaged? 4. If there is seal oil, is its level insufficient or is there a leak? 5. If there is a plunger, is the gap between the plunger components too large?

Moving on to the two additional points mentioned above: 1) Check whether the outlet safety valve or the return pipeline is leaking； 2) Analyze the medium to see if it is very dirty or is a viscous substance that can easily adhere to the sealing surface of the check valve, causing failure ------If the viscosity is very high, consider adding heat tracing to the dosing tank ； If the medium is dirty, then considering adding a filter screen is necessary ； 3) Check the check valve assembly to determine whether the quality of the spare parts has declined and the sealing performance has reduced ； 4) Check whether the travel regulator is damaged 5) Check the operation of the pump to determine whether there is a problem with the elastic elements of the coupling; that is, the motor moves while the pump does not move, or it moves only occasionally ； 6) Check the motor to see if damaged coils are causing a decrease in its speed.
