Personally, I think condensate is better than deionized water and can be used as such
That’s just a personal feeling; it depends on the test results. There are still quite a lot of impurities in the condensate; oil and iron removal is necessary
In chemical production, units that use steam generate large amounts of condensate water, such as steam turbine condensate, as well as in processes like distillation and decarburization. Failing to make use of it would result in significant waste; generally, chemical plants recycle condensate water, which helps to save a great deal of costs. As long as the heat exchanger is in good condition, the quality of the condensate water meets all the process requirements. Our plant generates 140–180 tons of condensate water per hour, all of which is recycled.
