The weight of the water filled into the equipment must be specified in the preliminary civil engineering conditions. Because if the density of the working medium is close to that of water or lighter than water, the equipment is under the greatest load during water pressure testing; therefore, the civil engineering team must take this factor into account when constructing the equipment foundations.
The flushing weight of the equipment must be specified. If the density of the medium is greater than that of water, then the weight of the medium must also be provided.
Both the operation cost and the hydrostatic test cost need to be included.
