When conducting pilot-scale organic synthesis experiments, it is necessary to control the pH value of the reaction mixture and keep the system sealed; however, conventional pH electrodes are too large and prone to being damaged by the stirrer blades. Is there a pH meter that is more compact and more secure, and can be fixed to a rubber stopper?
I haven’t seen any thin ones, but they should exist. You can look for suppliers or first ask the manufacturers yourself
You can put yourself in their shoes; if that doesn’t work, just use a larger reactor one that can hold the pH meter – that’s exactly what I did!
Ask Mettler; they might have what you need. If not, you’ll have to use a larger reaction vessel.

Use a larger reactor that can accommodate a pH meter.
