Does \"modify initials\" in the AMSIM module of pro2 mean something? Does anyone know? Literally, it means modifying the initial value; what’s the use of this button? Does anyone here know?

This functional feature mainly facilitates users in freely adjusting the data, thereby making the AMSIM simulation results more accurate to actual production conditions.
Aren’t the initial values of the specific functional devices in the process set by oneself? For example, how is the pressure in the absorption tower typically entered? Is the value entered the initial value of the equipment? Will Pro2 automatically fill in more reasonable values in certain places after clicking this button? Also, when I use the AMSIM module and click it, an error message stating “invalid floating point” appears, preventing the program from running. Do you know what’s causing this?
The initial values of the specific functional devices in the process are pre-initialized by AMSIM; the option to modify these initial values is provided to adjust them according to specific circumstances, as the initial values are intended to facilitate convergence. For example, regarding the pressure in the absorption tower, you generally go to Enter Data, select the equipment, enter the data; after clicking on the AMSIM module, a message stating “invalid floating point” appears, and the program cannot be run. This function is only effective for plate towers and does not work for packed towers
