The electrostatic grounding and lightning protection devices must be inspected frequently and must be kept intact. 5. A safety inert scrubber can be used. It is said to be automatic explosion-proof and has been adopted by some manufacturers.
I think the explosion-proof principle of the inert scrubber is to use ammonia's relatively narrow explosion limit (15%-27%) and use a relatively high concentration of ammonia (about 60%-70%) to suppress the occurrence of explosions. At the same time, the explosion-proof space of the inert scrubber is relatively large, and part of the explosion energy can be released here. In addition, the presence of high concentration of ammonia in this space can effectively play the role of explosion-proof.
