According to TSG R1001-2008, pressure vessel design units shall submit a comprehensive report for the previous year to the authority responsible for issuing permits during the first quarter of each year, and send a copy to the relevant appraisal and evaluation agency. The authorities responsible for issuing permits refer to: **the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and local quality supervision bureaus? Is the appraisal and evaluation agency referring to the Machinery Industry Federation? There are no relevant regulations in the local standards. I’m in Chengdu, and the design permit is of type D. Does anyone know where I should submit the application? :handshake Please let me know. (I don’t want to call the Quality Supervision Bureau)

The assessment and evaluation agencies are: special inspection officers (the agencies that handle your applications for obtaining such certifications)
