I was commissioning a project and there was a problem with the furnace bottom fan. As soon as it was turned on for 1-2 hours, the temperature of the bearings rose to 110-120 degrees.； The manufacturer has repaired it several times but has not seen any improvement. Some people say that the inherent problem is the design of the fan, which rotates too high. Air volume: 41000m3/h, wind pressure: 24kpa, rotation speed 2900, please give advice from a blower expert?
It should be a primary fan, the air volume is not high, but the wind pressure is high, which should not be a problem for the fan factory. Of course, in addition to the design and manufacturing reasons, installation is also a key link, and imported bearings are selected. Our primary fan parameters: air volume (rated operating conditions) ~227105m3/h wind pressure (rated operating conditions) ~25429Pa, no problem!
