What are the typical specifications of the heat exchange tubes used in the waste heat exchanger at the outlet of the Topse synthesis tower? Additionally, what is the approximate cost of this waste heat exchanger in euros (for an ammonia synthesis capacity of 2200 t/d)?
The waste boiler we use is Italian; there are only two such boilers in the world. It has leaks, which is not good. The material is 10CrMo910; the specific cost is unknown.
Excuse me, those upstairs: what is the scale of ammonia synthesis at your facility? What are the dimensions of the heat exchange tubes? Is it Topsoe’s technology?
Our company’s synthesis tower does use Topsoe technology, but it doesn’t have a waste heat boiler; instead, it uses a high-pressure boiler for water preheating! !

Abroad, natural gas is generally used as the feedstock; if the Topsoe process is employed, there should be more than one waste boiler
Our waste boilers are directly connected to the synthesis tower, without any pipelines in between. Behind that is a boiler water heater. As mentioned on the 4th floor, there are no waste boilers; so where does the feed water for the high-pressure boiler go?
