What are the effects of central oxygen and peripheral oxygen flow rates, as well as pressure changes, on the atomization and gasification reactions, the composition of the process gas, the carbon content in the slag, and the morphology of the slag?
Central oxygen in the burner accounts for 15%-20% of the total oxygen supply; its functions include adjusting the length of the dark zone in the flame, reducing the load before shutting down the furnace, increasing the amount of central oxygen, removing slag from the furnace walls, and clearing slag deposits from the slag removal ports High outer oxygen level: misty coal slurry, improved mixing of the coal slurry; low central oxygen level leads to an upward shift of the dark zone in the flame, resulting in an increase in the temperature at the top of the furnace.
