When starting up a coaxial catalytic cracking unit, it is necessary to increase the temperature strictly in accordance with the heating curve in order to prevent damage to the lining. I would like to know the specific procedures for this process How can temperature be increased evenly across the entire area?
Heat up the two devices at point F2101 – Step 1: Preparation work. 1. Check whether the valves connected to the two devices are open or closed as required, to ensure everything is correct. 2. Contact an electrician to supply power and check for electrical arcing. 3. Introduce liquefied gas, unpurified air, and steam to the furnace front for condensation and dehydration, maintaining the liquefied gas pressure at 0.4–0.6 MPa. 4. Contact the fractionation unit to send the burning oil to F2101 for dehydration. 5. Clean the oil nozzle and gas burner with steam and air respectively, and then test electric ignition again. 6. Keep the primary air at a low level, increase the secondary air flow; before ignition, control the regenerator pressure at 0.1 MPa, with the air volume being 30–40% of the designed value. 7. Appropriately open the feed valve and regeneration slide valve; open the vents at the bottom of the external heat exchanger and at the bottom of the riser. Also, appropriately open the vent at the top of the settler and the vent located in front of the large blind flange on the oil-gas line. II. F2101 ignition and heating up: 1. Ignite F2101 in accordance with the procedures, and raise the temperature following the specified heating curve. . 2. After ignition, pay attention to adjusting the main air flow rate as well as the flow rates of primary and secondary air, as well as the amount of liquefied gas. Control the heating rate in accordance with the temperature rise curve; if the temperature does not rise, switch to oil heating. Before switching between oil and fire, the nozzle is supplied with a small amount of protective steam. 3. After switching on the oil and fire, assign a dedicated person to monitor the furnace, paying attention to the smoke coming from the chimney; the furnace temperature should be ≤900°C, and the temperature in the main air distribution ducts should be ≤550°C. 4. During the heating process, move the single-acting and double-acting slide valves every half hour. 5. The external heater drum should be filled with water in advance, with the liquid level maintained at 40–60%, and the outlet of the superheating tubes should be vented. 6. Heat the two devices to 315°C and 550°C respectively, and then maintain the temperature for thermal tightening. 7. During the heating process, pay attention to regulating the flue gas flow at various points using the raw material stop valve, regeneration slide valve, oil and gas pipeline vents, and external heat exchanger vents, in order to maintain the temperatures at the desired levels according to the heating curve. 8. When the top temperature of the settler reaches 300°C and the bed temperature reaches 550°C, the conditions for expelling air are met. 9. The regeneration pressure is controlled by a double-acting slide valve and is around 0.14 MPa; the pressure in the settler is controlled by the top vent and is around 0.15 MPa.
To briefly describe the heating process: 1. Start the backup fan to carry out initial drying over 24 hours. 2. Use the gas burner to increase the temperature gradually in accordance with the specified heating curve. 3. When the gas is no longer sufficient for heating, switch to the oil burner to continue the heating process. The entire heating process takes around 50 hours. The most crucial thing is to have someone monitor the flame 24/7 and coordinate with the control team to manage the gas pressure properly. If the burner goes out, the gas supply should be shut off immediately; wait 10 minutes for the main air flow to clear the area before restarting the burner to prevent flash explosions. Flash explosions can occur quite frequently...
In short, focus on four key points: 1. Remove free water at 105°C for about 20 hours; a longer time is beneficial. 2. Remove free water at around 180°C. 3. Remove crystalline water at 315°C. 4. Sinter at 550°C. The entire process takes about 144 hours.
The startup steps for a catalytic cracking unit consist mainly of eight steps: 1. Comprehensive inspection; 2. Airtightness test of regenerator and reactor ; (Including fractional stabilization and refined gas tightness test) ; 3. Remove the blind plate and install the steam seal ; 4. Press F101 to raise the temperature of the regenerator and reactor; establish a three-way circulation through distillation, and establish a three-tower circulation for stable absorption ; Refine and establish the circulation of amine solution and alkali solution ; 5. Expel air, switch steam seal ; 6. Establish slurry circulation, and load catalysts as well as fluidizing agents for the three reactors ; 7. Inject fuel and carry out fractionation to establish a cycle; start the air compressor ; Absorb and stabilize the compressed rich gas stream ; Refined received dry gas, gasoline, liquefied gas ; 8. Comprehensively adjust the operations.
Step 1: Integrate the main air into the reverse regeneration system to purge moisture. Step 2: Without lighting the auxiliary combustion chamber, maintain a constant temperature of 150°C in both units using the temperature of the main air for 15 hours. (Drying of surface water) Step 3: After maintaining a constant temperature of 150°C in both vessels for the specified time, the auxiliary combustion chamber is ignited, and the regenerative system is heated to 315°C at a rate of 15°C/h. Step 4: Keep the system at a constant temperature of 315°C ± 5°C for 16 hours. (Decrystallization of water) Step 5: Once the reverse regeneration system has reached a constant temperature of 315°C, the temperature is increased to 500°C at a rate of 26°C/h. Step 6: Heat at 500°C ± 5°C for 8 hours at a constant temperature. (Sintered lining) Step 7: Hold at a constant temperature of 500°C until completion.
Our factory is similar to the one on the sixth floor; we finally raised the temperature to 550 degrees
Is there an original startup heating curve diagram for a coaxial twin lift tube? Urgently needed, thank you!
